作用:每次去体检就完事了吗?如何预测健康的变化,如何预防疾病、做好自我保健?体检报告都写了,只是你没看懂!这节课教您看懂体检报告,您将可以帮助客户解读他的体检报告,更加了解客户的需求。


第三节 膳食补充剂的应用

学习什么是膳食补充剂,如何选择膳食补充剂

作用:膳食补充剂是不可乱吃的,更加不可以乱推荐。上完这节课,教您科学地选择膳食补充剂,帮助您更了解和认可公司的产品,帮助客户识别和设计适合他的膳食补充方案。


第四节 认识食物标签

认识食品营养标签的意义,了解如何选择优质食品

作用:正所谓病从口入,预防胜于治疗,自我保健中重要的一环,就是选择优质的健康食品。如何通过食物标签选择优质食品,是非常重要且实用的能力,它将影响到你、家人及客户一日三餐的品质,从而长远地影响他们的健康发展。


第五节 三高自我保健

学习高血压、高血糖、高尿酸病人的自我保健知识

作用:全球有超9亿人患有高血压,中风和高血压更是全球十大主要死亡原因之一。而高血压、高血糖、高尿酸这三大慢性疾病,如果依靠饮食习惯调整、介入合适的营养治疗,就可以维持非常好的健康品质,控制好慢性病的发展甚至痊愈。通过这节课,您将可以学习如何针对三高人群推广自我保健知识。



Session 1: Understanding our body

Understanding body composition and how food is digested and absorbed

Role: What nutrients do people need to be healthy, how does the body digest and absorb food and nutrients after ingestion and how does it affect our health? This session will help you to better understand the pathways of action of nutrition and will be of great use to you in running your health food business.



Session 2 How to interpret medical reports

Understanding the health implications behind medical reports and the significance of common values in medical reports

Role: Is it all over every time you go for a medical check-up? How can you predict changes in your health and how can you prevent disease and take good care of yourself? It's all written in the medical report, you just don't read it! This session teaches you to read medical reports and you will be able to help your client interpret his medical report and understand his needs better.



Section 3: Application of dietary supplements

Learn what dietary supplements are and how to choose them

Role: Dietary supplements are not to be taken indiscriminately and even more so, they are not to be recommended indiscriminately. After this session, you will be taught to choose dietary supplements scientifically, to help you better understand and approve the company's products, and to help the client identify and design a dietary supplement programme that is suitable for him.


Section 4 Understanding Food Labels

Recognise the significance of food nutrition labelling and understand how to choose quality food

Role: As the saying goes, prevention is better than cure. An important part of self-care is to choose good quality healthy food. How to choose quality food through food labels is a very important and practical skill that will affect the quality of the three meals you, your family and your clients eat each day, and thus their health development in the long run.


Section 5: Three Highs Self-care

Learn about self-care for patients with high blood pressure, high blood sugar and high uric acid

Role: Over 900 million people worldwide suffer from hypertension, and stroke and hypertension are among the top 10 leading causes of death worldwide. The three major chronic diseases of hypertension, hyperglycaemia and hyperuricemia can be managed and even cured with dietary modification and appropriate nutritional therapy. In this session, you will be able to learn how to promote self-care knowledge for people with the three major diseases.
